This website is the online hub for a group of interlinked community websites. CA Coast Info is where the database, scripts and main programing resides that glue the web of sixteen websites together. I am the chief programmer involved with the continuing development of the project. All database methods whether they be data collection, data collation or data display were of my design and development.
File Manager Plus

File manager plus is an administrated multi user online file storage and access system. It was originally developed to serve a medical transcription service located in San Antonio Texas. The system allow an administrator to create individual user accounts whereupon the users can securely log in and upload files. Once files are uploaded the administrator is notified, logs-in and can then access and manage the files. In the case of the transcription service various doctors are the clients who upload their patient notes and histories as digital voice files whereupon they are subsequently transcribed and made available for download as Microsoft Word documents.

Inventory management and display systems whereby the website owner can add, edit and delete inventory for website display without ‘webmaster’ assistance. This is a very effective and user friendly system. One of its caveats is the ability to turn any product display into a download able pdf sales sheet. In addition to the inventory system there is a link manager built in whereby the website owner can add reciprocal links for search engine optimization.
E -Ticket Systems

E-Ticket Systems is a robust business work tracking (ticketing) system that records and logs employees and the work orders they perform. The administrator add employees then assigns work order tickets that then allow those employees to login to record the work they perform. The system has an excellent statistics reporting ability to give employers and employees both a visual assessment of jobs in progress and completed. E-ticket Systems works for both very small and very large businesses with virtually an unlimited number of employees/work orders.
